Energy Saving Upgrade in Toy Industry
The fifth training workshop was successfully held on 20 September, attracting over 60 members from the toy industry! This workshop provided a detailed explanation of the Energy Management System (ENMS) and operational planning, sharing practical case studies on energy-saving measures during the toy manufacturing process. This helped enhance everyone’s understanding of the importance of energy management and assisted the industry in moving towards a greener future.
The workshop also featured Prof Felix Chung, founder and CEO of the Hong Kong Carbon Trading Centre, as a guest speaker. He shared with the industry how to create carbon credits as an additional source of income and offered practical advice on assessing their own carbon emissions and participating in the carbon trading market.
